Twist the bottom of the brush 1-2 twists, until you see the elixir coating the brush.

The eye should be completely clean of any make-up or eye creams
Start from the inner corner of the eye outwards, directly on the base of your eyelashes & leave on overnight.
For Brows cover them in elixir and rub in with your finger to make sure your eyebrows are fully Coated & skin beneath is reached.
